SUMMARY:2nd Annual Light up the Night Fundraiser
DESCRIPTION:It has been just over 2 years since we lost Jaydynn. We miss her each and every day\, some days are harder than others but there isn’t a day that goes by she isn’t thought about. We started this organization to speak and educate about the dangers of Fentanyl and to help save lives. We know Jaydynn would be doing everything in her power to save the lives of her family and all of her friends from this dangerous drug. \nThis years “Light up the Night” fundraiser will be a public event\, hosted at a University Charter School’s football stadium in Greeley\, CO (address and details below). Our hope is to have the community come together to remember those lost and educate the public about what the event is about and about this deadly pandemic sweeping our nation. These partnerships have allowed us to further our mission of saving lives by obtaining Narcan and Kloxxado which are life saving drugs when faced with a Fentanyl poisoning. This has allowed us to start putting together and distributing life saving boxes as part of our community outreach program. These boxes include information about Jaydynn’s Light\, our story\, and 4 emergency doses of Narcan or Kloxxado. This past year has allowed us to put up 3 billboards between northern Colorado and southern Wyoming. Our goal for this upcoming year is to double or triple the number of billboards as well as increase education for our local communities. A major priority for this next year is to start a support group for families that have lost loved ones to this terrible pandemic and helping them realize that they are not alone\, we are in this together.
